Company History

December 1995 - Aarkay Innovations started with distribution of Tata landline phones for Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.

February 1997 - Aarkay takes up distribution of Samsonite products for North India.

June 1998 - The Company takes up exclusive distribution of Peter England brand of garments for punjab, jammu and kashmir, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh.

March 2000 - Aarkay group signs up with Hindustan Lever limited for warehousing and inventory solutions.

April 2001 - Peter England launches another brand of Garments called Elements. Aarkay Innovations is now the distributor of Elements garments as well.

April 2004 - Haryana territory added to Aarkay Innovations' scope of operations. Now Aarkay Innovations is the exclusive distributor of Peter England and Elements garments for Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana. The company makes an association with Media Industry ltd. and starts providing it warehousing and inventory solutions.

September 2004 - Aarkay associates with LG electronics India private ltd and provides it complete warehousing solutions.

April 2005 - Aarkay Innovations receives Business Excellence Award from Madura Garments. (A division of Aditya Birla Group). Aarkay Group associates with Pidilite Industries ltd. and starts servicing them with warehousing and inventory solutions.

April 2009 - Aarkay Innovations expands further and takes up distribution in the Delhi National Capital Region. Aarkay Innovations is now the biggest distributor of Peter England and Elements across India.

April 2011 - The company realizes stupendous growth of over 1100% in the last 12 years.
